SLAB is a workspace about emotional
intelligence and allowing individuals to be more aware of themselves in the
various areas of their life. Among all those involved, from facilitators and
participants, we co-create solutions to achieve individual and societal goals,
through the development of the highly acclaimed personal and social skills
(called soft skills). In a trip “Inner World” and “Outside world”, this is an
immersive program, where through our methodology, is tested and developed the
elasticity of the comfort zone at a physical, intellectual and emotional level.

In recent years, SAPANA has been specializing in the empowerment of the human being in the context of transversal skills, those that are not learned in school but that are fundamental to life, whether in interaction with others and with ourselves, whether in the professional context where we spend a large part of our time and where we encounter many challenges. This way, and under the slogan – Making Purpose Sustainable – SAPANA has developed a methodology for training the individual within the scope of his transversal skills, adapting them to the different contexts in which each individual is in.
