In order to suppress some of the existing flaws in the training and development of soft skills in young people and in their preparation for a job search and for their entry in the market, the project TALENTOS EM LIVRE TRÂNSITO (TLT) aims to:

//› Promote the Talents development  in self-knowledge, motivation, communication skills and self-esteem;

//› Train the Talents for an effective job search;

//› Provide the Talents with personal and professional development tools;

//› Engage the Talents for a continuous discovery and  improvement post-TLT

Having the same objectives as regular TLT and equally focusing on unemployed people. TLT Express will have the following steps:

There are only 15 vacancies for every edition of TLT Express.

The criteria for priority selection to attend the TLT Express are:

//› Being presently without a job;

//› Enrolment in local job center;

//› Full schedule availability during the entirety of the programme;

//› Not presently pursuing any other training programme, higher education or schooling.

Not fulfilling any of the above criteria will not exclude any potential attendee, as long as there is an opening for attending the programme.

The next TLT Express program will happen in the upcoming 10th, 11th, 17th and 18th of May (fridays and saturdays) and it will take place in Almada.

Starting at 9:30am and ending at 6:30pm, all contents of the long version will be covered: self-awareness; goal-setting; themed workshops; and focus on effective job hunting.
