In line with the Organization's Vision and Mission, our projects are divided into 3 axes, according to our Model.
Talents on the Move is a 9-day program focused on self-knowledge and self-development, with the main drive on employability, either with one's own project or as an employee.
Inscrição
Through our methodology, we empower men and women who are expected to leave the prison within less than 1 year, enhancing their social and labor integration. This project makes bridges between the Individual and the Society and an Employers' Fellowship.
